    As Associate Director of the London Strategic Clinical Networks, Lucy uses her specialist knowledge and experience of network models and improvement science to lead the myriad of networks in the capital. This collaborative model of working helps to create sustainable changes across complex pathways and systems of care leading to an enhancement in quality of care and improved patient outcomes.

    Lucy trained as a nurse and was formerly the Director of the South London Cardiovascular and Stroke Network (SLCSN), where she was instrumental in the implementation of London-wide transformational projects, including the London acute stroke model and the London Cardiovascular Project.

    Andrew has extensive management experience of working across health, social care and the voluntary sector in London. As a senior social care manager, Andrew had responsibility for the delivery of integrated services for adult mental health,  adults with learning disabilities, occupational therapy services and a wide range of children’s services. Andrew worked on the implementation of the Department of Health policy, No health without mental health. Andrew has had a specific focus on improving access to psychological therapies, mental health and employment as well as child and adolescent mental health.

    Paul has worked in Cancer and Palliative Care Nursing for more than 22 years in both specialist and generalist roles within the statutory, voluntary and independent sector within England. In his role as Nurse Director for the North East London Cancer Network he provided direction and leadership to all nurses and allied healthcare professionals involved with cancer patients across the network and healthcare boundaries.
